Practical workshops for worship teams
equipping musicians to be prepared in heart, skilled in hand and faithful in service
PATHS equips your team with a framework to develop both their technical skill and heart-posture in worship, so that your service is characterised by clarity, humility, and joy—always keeping the focus where it belongs: on God’s glory and the good of His church.
Choosing songs, finding time to practice, and leading God’s people in song requires balance, skill and spiritual maturity

Prepare - Serve - Reflect -
For the glory of God and the edification of the church
Our mission is to train and disciple Christian musicians, worship leaders and church teams by integrating biblical teaching with practical music instruction. Through hands-on workshops and personalised mentoring, we aim to strengthen the local church by raising up musicians who are prepared in heart, skilled in hand and faithful in service.

Musically Minded, Christ-Centred
PATHS was founded with a vision to see churches filled with worship teams who lead with conviction, excellence, and humility. We integrate practical music training with biblical teaching, equipping musicians not just for Sundays—but for a lifetime of faithful service.

For more than 15 years, our founder, Tyler, has served in church music teams — playing, leading and walking alongside fellow musicians. Trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), he brings professional skill alongside a deep passion for building up the church. His desire to equip others led to the creation of the PATHS framework—a practical, biblical tool for helping musicians grow in both craft and character. Now studying theology at Reformed Theological College, Tyler grounds every workshop in sound doctrine and a Christ-centred vision for worship.
